MagniSort? 小鼠造血譜系去除試劑盒設(shè)計用于從小鼠骨髓中磁性剔除定向分化譜系的小鼠造血細(xì)胞。它使用專為造血譜系設(shè)計的抗體混合物和鏈霉素親和素包被的磁珠。定向分化譜系的細(xì)胞會與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。放置于磁場中時，可通過傾析將譜系負(fù)性細(xì)胞與定向分化譜系的細(xì)胞分離。

MagniSort? 小鼠造血譜系去除抗體混合物包含以下抗體：
抗小鼠 CD2 生物素
抗小鼠 CD3 生物素
抗小鼠 CD5 生物素
抗小鼠 CD11b 生物素
抗小鼠 CD19 生物素
抗小鼠 CD45R 生物素
抗小鼠 Ly-6G (Gr-1) 生物素
抗小鼠 TER-119 生物素

去除后，可利用抗小鼠 CD34 抗體（克隆號 RAM34）染色驗證多能祖細(xì)胞富集，也可利用抗小鼠 CD150 抗體（克隆號 mShad150）和抗小鼠 CD48 抗體（克隆號 HM48-1）的附加染色驗證 CD34 造血干細(xì)胞富集。
